playing numerous games and my ping/latency is jumping every 10-20 seconds have waited 4 days to see if it would solve itself, it hasn't - i've tried restarting net.
i was advised to tracert 95.172.70.100, here's the results

Hi prnfce,
I have checked your connection to the network and I am unable to see any network related issues that could be causing you this problem.
I can see though, that you are using an old modem, this will need to be replaced with a Superhub.
I have ordered a Superhub for you, this will arrive to your home address within the next 3-5 working days. Please let us know if this resolves your problems.

Thanks the superhub arrived, if i ring up the number to activate it will i be signed into another contract with virgin media or can i stay with the currect contract?
