Slow to load pages, if at all; YT videos unwatchable as it buffers until timing out
Very poor speeds. Worse than dial up from over a decade ago
Why do we put up with this **bleep**py service in this country?

With Power levels that high I am supprised the Modem is able to substain a connection though be it slow. +18 is well out and SNR being that low is certainly the cause of the problem.
As other have said and you seem to have compleatly ignored get a VM tech out to fix.

Yeah - it gets so tedious when people jump in on other threads and come out with stuff like that.

And that's the thing - Mine are all within the so-called "Optimum" parameters. It isn't constantly down either; it wavers every now and again. Still, I live in hope... Although thanks for the help... and the laugh. Certainly made my day better!
Oh, and thank you to all of those who put forward their suggestions in a rational and logical manner. That kind of comment really does help!
