How to find out when Virgin Cable will come to my area...

Hope someone can help, is there anyway to find out when & if Virgin will install cable in my area.

 

Its so frustrating we want to move from Sky but we are stuck with them at the moment because Virgin do not have cable in our street.

 

Any help appreciated.
