 Work was carried out but did not resolve the fault. We are awaiting further work to be scheduled in to resolve the issue. We have no estimated date at this time.

I have cancelled all my Virgin services. Four months to resolve a problem is too long. Thank you for your help on the forum, I realise you have no say in when the work gets done.
