Hi all hope you're well,
Just looking for a little bit of advice on this one. I've just been upgraded to the 20mb tier from 10mb, but it appears as though I'm only getting 16mb on speedtest.net having used several different servers. I've also tried testing via wired and wireless connection, and I've also tried downloading a Linux distro which is going at 1.6MB.
Could anyone help me out as to why I'm not getting the full speed?
I am using the Webstar modem and Netgear supplied router, but I'm not sure if not having a Superhub would affect this?
Thanks in advance,
George

remove the netgear router and try again.
and if failing that then you could do with an upgrade
a superhub would probbaly help a little but you should be getting roughly 18mb ish
Thanks
