Hi seanboswell,
You are on a completely different part of the network from headhunter, and thus are not affected by the same fault.
I have run checks on both your connection and the local network and remain unable to find anything wrong at the moment. Can you please follow the advice which Jen has given you on the previous page as this will assist with trying to determine what the issue with your own connection is.

Hi seanboswell,
Sorry that you've encountered issues with your service, I've checked the network segment that you're connected to and can find no faults at present. Equally your local connection appears to be functioning well with all power level and SNR readings within optimal range.
Are you experiencing this issue while using your connection wired or wirelessly?

Wired this problem is happening with,
Tried changing the network cable to see if it was a cable fault and still the same problem.
the modem is losing signal/rebooting itself causing the connection to drop for 1-5 mins randomly there is no set interval in which it happens.

I've sat and tried nearly everything i can think of to solve this today, updated the router firmware tried all the options available within the router to see if that was causing a problem but it still occasionally dropping connection for a few seconds or 2 long enough to disconnect you from any game you are playing etc.
Its frustrating to say the least it was perfectly fine 2/3 weeks ago but been a pain since, is there no chance these new upgrades taking place on the network could be causing the drop of the connection as ive run out of other ideas!!
