HI UpperNthSt,
F001580534 is now showing as closed as the noise ingress has been removed. Is your connection now operating correctly?

After all the other times (as you see from this thread) I can reluctantly confirm things seem ok for now. Let's count the days until the next problem eh?
Regards

Hi UpperNthSt,
The time of your last post coincided with a spike in upstream utilisation on your local chassis. I've checked the network and all is OK this side - utilisation levels, both downstream and upstream, are well within acceptable limits. There have been a couple of occasions where the upstream SNR levels dropped but quickly recovered. Can you confirm how your connection has been since your last post?

I'm still experiencing periods of high utilisation.
I'm so fed up with VM.

Ask for the complaints address, and write them with pen and paper.
My advice, dont pay them or get refunded until the issue is fixed for good, not just a week.

New issue I guess - new term?
Packet loss and high pings- utilisation?
Please advise as once again your internet connection is useless for any realtime applications.
