Belkin Wireless Router - flashing modem light

Belkin Wireless Router - flashing modem light - blinking RED

I have a cable to a computer running through the router which works fine

but if I try to connect wireless fashion using laptop I get a yellow exclamation mark on the 

connection icon

Have tried restarting / rebooting / resetting etc but still get this red flashing light

I have just checked your connection and everything seems fine.
