Unfortunately we have no further updates on this issue, the ticket is still open I'm afraid.

I just got fed up of having a **bleep**py connection. It seems IM updates aren't always getting through to people from me. So I rebooted my modem. It's now updated itself with a new user interface which won't let me check the connection power levels. And it's still rubbish speeds and intermittent connection.

I am getting really fed up with this now.

hmm, i managed to get into the advanced settings by looking at the source of the web page and finding a url I could use. I really do hope this isn't a case of VM trying to stop me seeing information which could reveal something they're trying to hide.

speedtests are a little better, but real life transfer speeds are no better. Certainly not at the 6MB/s level I was getting recently.
