I was wondering if someone could help me out a bit.
I got an upgrade from my 50meg service to the 100meg service today and since the upgrade my speeds have been all over the place. most of the time they struggle to reach anywhere near 50 meg never mind 100 meg.
What can I do?
Many Thanks in advance

Firstly, to achieve 100mb you need to ensure that you have an N wireless card or a gb NIC if you are connecting via ethernet.
I would also like you to take a look at our Traffic Management policy here please.

I have not been able to find any fault on the network that would cause your slow speeds.
Could you please provide a little more detail about this? Are you connecting wired or wirelessly, what time of day do you get this issue, what speed do you normally get and what speeds should you be getting?
Please provide as much information as you can to help us to diagnose this issue for you.

Any time of day is the same, first i thought it was my laptop so i backed everything up and rebooted back to factory spec,no change.Web sites are taking longer to load and sometimes freeze, this is also the case on my sons lap top, when i hard wire it i get speeds of between 50 and 90 meg,if i run on wireless sat next to the super hub i get between 0.5 and 50 meg but mainly about 30 meg. handed remote access over to one of your tec guys who changed channels but just made it worse. dont know if its connected but my samsung hd box freezes now so have to keep rebooting that to

What class of network card are you using in these test B G N ?
What rate are you locking against the superhub.
Have you tried changing the channel on the superhub:
Will help you identify channels that are less used / free and then manually try setting the superhub to one of them.
Note you might want to try a couple to see which works best.

Hi couliomiller, We are sorry to see you are having issues with your connection,
The UBR which handles your connection is currently suffering from very high utilisation, particularly at peak times. This has been raised to our network teams under reference F002083591. Work to resolve this issue is currently scheduled to take place on 05/12/2012 (although this may be subject to change).
