How do I get the power levels up? I;'m in the superhub settings but I can't find the power levels

Modem mode

On the sign-in screen (don't log in) , top right-hand corner you will see "Router Status". Click on this and then choose "Operation Configuration". You'll be able to see both downstream and upstream info under the headings "Primary Downstream Service Flow" and "Primary Upstream Service Flow" respectively

your upstream power is to high m8,you can wait for the forum mods to get to your post or you can call 150 and have them book a tech for ya
