Virgin wont give me 6 months spotify only 3 months...

Hi, I recently upgraded my broadband from 30mb to 100mb, when i was looking at the Existing customers (my offers) i saw that if i upgraded my broadband from 30mb to 100mb I would get 6 months free as it states, Free Spotify Premium Enjoy awesome Spotify Premium free for six months. So i went ahead and upgraded they instantly upgraded my broadband as i have e super hub already so that was good... Had a few problems getting the 100mb speeds but eventually customer services sorted it for me, then remembered about the spotify so i rang up about it they told me that im only allowed 3months free spotify as 6months has ended..... They said if it is there i will have too send a print off to head office.... I dont own a printer as i have no need for it i have ipads and dont actually own a computer as i also have no need so what shalli do? I check today and the 6 months quotation is still there... So infact virgin are false advertising. But their customer services cant see it? Lol I also have a screen shot of it so i could send it to the ceo Neil Berkett if needed as im not happy The way i got to the quotation was, 1) click exsisting customers 2) loging to virgin media 3) click my offers, 3) click broadband And at the bottom of there it says as above 6 months free... What shall i do shall i email their ceo or not? Ringing customer service is no hope as they never know what im on about lol

I have 100mb cuz got xbox 360,ps3, iphone, ipads all connected at once make everything work quicker and no lag on xbox/ps3

A screenshot from my own VM page agrees that this is still shown as a 'current' offer...

I know the offer was valid back in December, as that is when I signed up myself, but - for it to show valid now, but for CSRs to say that only three months is valid is a little naughty

Thanks guys for your input i have sent a complaint in to them speaking to their customer service on the phone .... GRRRRR.... They cant even under stand me lol never mind me understanding them haha anyways Have sent in a complaint and stated it all also put this link for this thread so they could see the pics, With your pics on it aswell will make my case stronger thanks Itis ridiculos that they dont know whats on their site and they are telling me they cant find it on their site it in black and white lol I have been with them for couple of years now not had many problems.... Kind of lol But never seen em false advertise before. I will let you all know of the out come when they ring... hopefully from england not India or anywhere else lol The more people who can put a screenie on would be great thanks

Have rang customer retentions now, straight away they found it saying 6 months and they have given me at £29.97 credit on the account to cover 3months of spotify finally got there lol.
