Superhub Reset Itself to Factory Defaults

Hi,

tonight, approximately half an hour ago (ie, 7 Aug, 23:30) my Superhub reset itself to factory settings. I've only had it a week, please tell me it isn't going to start doing this regularly.

Cheers, Jamie

This could have been due to a speed upgrade or a firmware update. Please go to 192.168.0.1 then at the top right click on router status. Please post what you see in the operation configuration and downstream

Your power levels are high. You should call virgin media to send an engineer to fix this. Please also post what you see in the upstream. Also from what I see you are running on the upgraded download speed.

Re: Superhub Reset Itself to Factory Defaults

I think your upstream power level is fine. You should call Virgin Media for an engineer to fix your downstream power levels though because they are too high.

Re: Superhub Reset Itself to Factory Defaults

Once an engineer has fixed it repost with your new power levels. Also if your hub continues to reset just reply back here. Your power levels do need sorting out though.

Re: Superhub Reset Itself to Factory Defaults

Hi Jamie

I concur with the learned Ricardo, downstream power level is too high. I have sent you a private message and will be happy to book an engineer once a reply has been received.

Kind Regards,
