Slow speeds since a week

Hi there,

since a week I am experience extrem slow speeds on the 100mb line. Max speed on average is about 35-50mb.tried it this morning at 5am and it was down to 20mb max.......

Would be great if this could be checked out.

Your modem stats look great.

 

Are you wired or wireless?  If the latter try the former.

 

If wired, are you wired directly to the super hub or going through a third party router?  If the latter try the former.

 

If you are using Windows try rebooting into "Safe Mode with Networking" and re-test.  That might help to rule out any other software interferring.

 

Given that your problem seems to be at all times of the day I'd say a utilisation issue is unlikely.
