Re: £37.25 for 50mb package any one care to explain why im paying that amount

is there a direct number i can reach them on, as the automated phone system is something i dispise, i mean my last phonecall lasted in total over 2 hours being transfered from one department to another...then being disconnected a few times.....

really frustrating this experience,

thank you for your response

when you call retentions i promise you that you will not have much of a wait until they answer the phone, when you do call it will mention leaving VM just carry on and ignore that.

Re: £37.25 for 50mb package any one care to explain why im paying that amount

This interested me as I am also paying the same. However, I am on the 50Mb XXL and received a letter a while ago saying that I would be upgraded to 120Mb instead of the 100Mb. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this to be because I'm paying the higher price.

Thanks for your post though, I need to consider whether it is worth continuing to pay the extra £2.50 per month until the expected upgrade in my area which is estimated between October 2012 and June 2013 :smileysurprised: to get 120Mb or save the money and go to 100Mb now.

Basically £10 minimum to see if they hit the early target, argh decisions!
