is there a direct number i can reach them on, as the automated phone system is something i dispise, i mean my last phonecall lasted in total over 2 hours being transfered from one department to another...then being disconnected a few times.....
really frustrating this experience,
thank you for your response

when you call retentions i promise you that you will not have much of a wait until they answer the phone, when you do call it will mention leaving VM just carry on and ignore that.

This interested me as I am also paying the same. However, I am on the 50Mb XXL and received a letter a while ago saying that I would be upgraded to 120Mb instead of the 100Mb. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe this to be because I'm paying the higher price.
Thanks for your post though, I need to consider whether it is worth continuing to pay the extra £2.50 per month until the expected upgrade in my area which is estimated between October 2012 and June 2013
to get 120Mb or save the money and go to 100Mb now.
Basically £10 minimum to see if they hit the early target, argh decisions!
