Hi I am currently on the biggest bundle there is for everything VM offer but the only thing missing is TiVo. I have looked into upgrading my vhd box to a TiVo but I am being put off by the massive wait for an engineer to come out and plug it in. Is there any way I can get a TiVo sent to me like I did with my existing vhd box and I send my old box back? Surely it's a case of plugging it in and phoning up to activate it?

At present TiVo is engineer install only

Tivo needs to be 'calibrated' depending on signal strength, so is engineer only install as Ben Mcr states.

 

It's well worth going for though. :smileyvery-happy:

My other TiVo box is an iMac :smileyvery-happy:
