Tivo remote numbers and words rubbed off buttons!!

I have been with VM for about 4-5 months now and most of the numbers and words have dissapeared off the remote!! Its becoming a right pain to use as Ive no idea what im pressing!!

How can I get a replacement remote as these are obviously cheap and substandard.

(Plus the wife keeps moaning)

So have mine! I called them today and they're sending me a replacement free of charge. The woman said they don't know why its happening at the moment but probably because they're American made (her words not mine!) but yea, just call and they'll send a replacement, 5-7 working days
