Just got my TiVo swapped after it was killed following the update constant rebooting. Now firstly they did not have a 1TB box so had to get one and now they have left and said there is a problem in the area and we cannot activate the box, it will not connect to the network. So 1 week with no service! Have I had an apology a refund on my bill, nope.

Just had my Tivo box delivered, and the old V+box taken away ! The engineers parting words were:-
"The system is down. Should be back some time this afternoon."
Thanks a lot.
Now no TV at all !!

The service status for TV shows there is a problem "Loss of Channels" reported 30/11/2011 at 4:31pm
Estimated Fix Time Sunday 11/12/2011. Don't know if this is part of the same problem. I just hope not !!!
