The Masters Golf via Red Button

great,raised as a fault today and if virgin are true to form it will be fixed ready for next years masters

So 24 hours after this fault has been acknowledged by VM, the red button coverage of the Masters is about to begin again. However, my TiVo is still telling me that there are no golf events on the red button. Please can we have an update? Is this in the process of being fixed?

same here still not working oh well 2013 looks like the year us tivo customers will get interactive masters coverage............................

Tivo is becoming a complete joke at the moment looks like we going to miss most of the golf now, The said red button was planned for april and the as been no update recently whether this still exists. If red button not here for the snooker then i want to get a v+ hd box back installed.

It's a joke. Just look at the poor excuse for delaying the Tivo app,will the same happen with the

Red Button.

i knew they would,nt sort out the problem,i wonder if a  PROPER red button service will be working by the olympics,ive been told that all the olympic sports will be available behind the red button,im not holding my breath,there track record is,nt that great.

I used to have a TiVo and it was a complete joke - **bleep**py machine, **bleep**py facilities.

I have a bright shiny new SKY HD Box and it is fantastic. I can watch all the interactive red button events, it is a fantastic picture, no installation fees, responsive customer services.

In short, get rid of Virgin and TiVo and go to Sky where you will get a COMPLETE service.
