I thought this was just me that this was happening to...
The other day I had some error message come up saying that If I don't connect to the VM Service now all the data the box has stored will run out and I won't be able to record etc...
I did as the box instructed and assumed it had worked. I went to try and set up a recording for next wednesday and can't because it says TO BE ANNOUNCED for 99% of the days and channels. Some are showing ok.
I've connected to the service again but it's not helping. ![]()

Just as well virgin give free callouts, imagine if this happens to your sky box after the warrenty ran out, shocking

Performing a reformat will fix your problem but you will lose your recordings and series links but you will lose them anyway if a tech visits -
Home/Help & Settings/Clear or rest TiVo box. It will take around an hour, once it's done force another connection.
