Sorry, there's been a technical glitch. Unfortunately, you won't be able to record this programme.

Can anyone tell me what causes this? I see it when using the VM website TV guide to send a record request to my TiVo.

 

If the TiVo is switched off does it give the above error message, or does it tell you that it can't contact the TiVo?
