The yellow play / pause button the the TiVo remote is sticking. Is it possible to get a replacement please?

I am also having a problem with my Tivo remote. I was an early adopter of the Tivo and am disappoinrted that nearly all the lettering has disappeared from the buttons which makes it difficult to know which button to press. Also the plastic on a couple of the buttons is breaking off.

How do you get a replacement?
