No SkypremHD channels on my TiVo

Had an upgrade to the TiVo service as my main box around 2 weeks ago and although the Skyprem HD Channels are on my V+ box in another room they are still not yet available on the TiVo box, can someone please take a look and advise.

Phone Customer services and tell them to put the Sky Premium HD Channels on the Tivo box. It will not cost any extra because the £7 for Sky Premium HD is for all boxes.

I got tivo in June put in the living room and V+ moved to the bedroom and I had the same thing happen as they still classed the V+ as my main box, one phone call sorted it but as Gerald63 says it has changed now so you should now get HD on both boxes for no extra cost!

Yes - can confirm if you subscribe to the Premium HD channls they should be activated on all HD boxes you have for one £7 fee (If you are on VIP50 this is included). End of. So, a phone call to customer services to activate the Premium HD on your other box may be in order, but it should not cost you any more so if they try to tell you it will they are wrong! HD on Premium channels is per account, not per box. You gotta get your money's worth

Yip there is inconsistency with some VM customer service operators so if you get someone who tells you it's per box correct them cause they're wrong!
