Iv'e been having problems with my TiVo box for about two months now. On a regular basis I lose all channels and sometimes random channels above 112. Even with a good service I get pixelated pictures on a lot of channels. Doing a TiVo reset gets them back but next day the same thing happens. Programmes set to record as a Series Link often don't record at all or they are pixelated and unwatchable. I have spoken to Customer Services a couple of times but no mention has been made about getting an engineer out to look at it. Has anybody else suffered similar problems and if so what was the outcome?
Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing, having run some checks on the account, I can see there are some problems with the signal levels coming into the house. I have booked a technician to come and resolve this for you.
Hi Andrea, You helped me back in May when my TiVo box had a weak signal into the house. It was fixed but it looks like its happening again as certain channels are pixelated and my TiVo box loses the picture and I get a message saying loss of signal. My Broadband has been a bit freaky since the speed was doubled but right now I have no upload speed at all. I just did a speed test on my network and I'm getting 10.32Mbps download and 0.02Mbps upload. I think I need an engineer to call again.
