The bug is back!

On Comedy central but it's disappeared, but it will come back when i reactivate subtitles.

This time white lines!

I don't want to have to keep rebooting the box!

We have a fix in plan, but our workaround will save you some time over a full reboot. Instead, play a YouTube asset and the lines will disappear.

I have tried your workaround twice without success ( the lines aren't there on you tube)I have now got 5 black lines across the screen for the seventh time today, time to reboot again! what a waste of time please get it sorted

I have tried all sorts to get rid of the lines.

You go into various menus or Youtube etc, the lines disappear....

Back to TV they reappear 

I have to Reboot every time

Sorry I hadn't tested this workaround myself. Spoke with our lead engineer, and was advised that this was how to get rid of it. Will let him know that it doesn't work!

Nick are you mixing youtube up with ebay? It doesn't work with youtube but does work with Ebay. I hadn't had this problem until a couple of days ago and since then have had this problem twice. Both times the ebay solution worked.
