Hi,
I got the 15.2 upgrade overnight last night (Hayes headend), and have been getting spontaneous reboots every 3 - 20 minutes ever since.
I switched the TiVo off for about 50 minutes at 20:55 this evening, and this has made no difference, if anything it is now rebooting even more frequently!
After switching back on after a 45 minute power off, it has so far lasted 18, 9, 3 and 4 minutes before rebooting.
The reboots are happening even when nothing is happening - i.e. not interacting with the TiVo, not recording anything, it is simply sat there on BBC1.

Me too. My tivo is just about unusable. Was upgraded this morning and it now reboots every 5 - 10 minutes.
Engineer supposed to be coming on Thursday.

This seems the most common complaint so far from those who have recieved the update. Mine is due early Thursday morning (last in line, typical), I just hope I don't get anything like this.

In Wolverhampton 1tb box rebooting 4-5 times per hour, 500gb box seems ok, engineer booked for tommorow.

Engineer has been and apparently has no fix, however, he did assure me plenty of other people are having the same problem.
He didn't install a new STB but said something about calling on friday with an update on the problem.
Problem has got slightly better. It's now fine when just view live TV but reboots within minutes of starting a recording.
Not sure what I should do now.

In the US, a update has been released in the past 24 hours to fix their problem with frequent reboots after their recent update. Their recent update being similar to what Virgin Media have now rolled out in the UK.

I wonder if this means It could be fixed anytime soon on Virgin Media.
Now that it has been fixed in the US.
Make two connections to the TiVo Service in order to complete the software update. To do this, go to TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Settings > Network and Phone > Connect to TiVo Service Now.

Just to satisfy my curiosity - can you swap your external PSU units and report back?

Cooling it with a fan seems to fix things.
Not a permanent solution of course!
