Brought us wrong Tivo box

Despite making it clear we wanted a 1TB Tivo box on three or four separate occasions, this mob have installed a 500GB Tivo box and charged us for a 1TB box.  What a bunch of charlatans.  Idiots.  Utterly, utterly disgraceful.

wehad one fitted in april 2011 when we were having troublein october 2011 they changed the box in june after complaining about the tivo one guy on the phone said no wonder your having trouble you should have a 1tb but it is a 500 whats fitted and arranged for it to be changed they then charged £49.95 to change it and £49.95 to activate plus they put my pakage price up

It wouldn't have been done on purpose. If you have been charged for a 1TB box, then that is what you should get. Customer Services should be able to arrange for the right box to be installed for no additional cost (as you've already paid all the correct costs)
