Hi. Old remote stopped working and new remote turned up today (thanks!). Unfortunately this one doesn't work either. Now, do I have to configure this new remote to work with my TiVo Box? I'm hoping yes as I really don't want to lose the Tivo box as we lost all our recorded stuff when we upgraded and we will likely lose all the recordings again if it needs replacing. Any suggestions. To be clear, the TiVo box works just fine from the front panel - remote does nothing!. Thanks

No. Which email address do you use. I have checked my personal email and my virginmedia email acounts and I do not see any message from Virgin?
