Yeah I had that try .co.uk rather than .com seems a bit of a mistake there.
I've had to put the area code before my account ID for it to recognise me but now it says...

I haven't already received it and I tried mailing that address and it bounces back saying that the email address doesn't exist.
Looks like there are many people having the same issues and we're not getting any info from Virgin on this.
It is being very poorly managed.
No doubt VM will put it down to a 'high utilisation' issue.....
Thansk, have emailed the .co.uk address and deleted the .com. Will wait a see what happens.
