Re: windows 10 update unable to connect

Looks like another update is out ?

I've just installed Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3206632) about an hour ago.

Mind you I didn't have any issues with the previous update, Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3201845), so can't comment on whether or not it will fix the previous issue.

Running Windows Pro. x64.

Re: windows 10 update unable to connect

Here's some more on the matter:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/12/14/microsoft_windows_10_dhcp/

The article contains a possible explanation of what went wrong.

There is this virg.in/win10 on the service check page, but it doesn't seem to work properly.  It just comes up with logins and this:

Page not found

The requested page "/Win10" could not be found.
