This is really to report that the date filter on the web search on the VM homepage does not work. A search reduced to '24hrs' still returns 'anytime' searches.
Also it seems impossible to contact this company about such like using the internet. Web chat seems to be always busy.

Thanks for your answer. To date they still haven't fixed it though.
I've now decided to set google as my home page now rather than virgin media, as they still haven't fixed the date filter. For a company of this size that is far too long since first reporting of the problem.
