homepage

my homepage keeps saying we are doing some will be back shortly been like this now 2weeks any help, how do I clear it

Were you able to follow Howard's advice regarding clearing cache and cookies?

Or perhaps you might want to try a new browser instead:

Those are 2 examples, assuming that you're using Internet Explorer at the moment (apologies if I'm wrong).

I'd also like to know if you're attempting to access our website via a shortcut or saved/favourite page?

If so then please browse directly to www.virginmedia.com and let me know if that works.
