Wireless Wifi Doorbell Camera compatibility

Looking to buy a wireless wifi doorbell camera but it states that it's only compatible with 2.4GHz wifi and does not support 5GHz wifi. I have a Hub 5 Virgin Media router but I can't figure out if I'm on 2.4 or 5 GHz. Any suggestions?
