WhatsApp

Why is it when my mobile is connected to our home Virgin WiFi, WhatsApp messages aren't being sent or received? The second mobile data is selected, WhatsApp messages work fine. We do have parental control settings enabled on Virgin WiFi; could this be the problem?

I would suggest temporarily removing the parental controls then try and send messages. If it works you'll know

I have no problems with my WhatsApp but don't need parental settings.
