Website glitch

The website seems to be glitching whenever I enter my postcode. I click "check", then click on my address that comes up and it just refreshes to the "lets get started page" where you enter your postcode. Can't seem to find a place to report the issue.

 

Extremely frustrating, all I want to do is buy some broadband/tv!!
