When I on the Ancestry.co.uk site I am unable to open the DNA tab, I can view all the other pages. This issue has only started in the past couple of weeks, before then there was no problem viewing it. I have spoken to both Ancestry and Virgin Media without any joy. What is strange is if I use another broadband server at work or in a library I can open the tab no problem, Any help or suggestion would be gratefully received.
Clear your browser cache and all cookies. Does wonders for this kind of issue. Also try another browser.
