Hikvision port 8000

Am having trouble with my hikvision cctv been on the phone for 2 day think I've spoke to every tech guy and no one can understand why port 8000 is saying it's open vm end but it's failing my end, tech have even logged into my cameras and can't understand what's going on, when I do port checker it's coming up reason connection timed out. Anyone no if these away round this if not think am going bk to sky where it worked fine.

 Have you opened the port of the router or triggered it and sent it to a static DHCP address??

Am all sorted now changed the hub and now is all working fine it was definitely a router fault.
