Amazon prime

When trying to use Amazon prime I get a message saying insufficient bandwidth, what can I do?

check whether you really have insufficient bandwidth - by trying other streaming services on the same device in the same location e.g. Netflix, BBC i player. If they work then it's a temporary glitch at amazon. if nothing streams from other services then you have a problem & we'd need more info - like what package, what hub, what device, wired or wifi....

If you are connecting wirelessly, and not in the same room as the router, poor signal propagation might be the issue.

Or it may be a problem at Amazon.  That does happen sometimes. Poster needs to check which it is as I oulined in my previous post
