Help my remote Virgin HD stopped working - my other remote (I have 2 boxes) works on both boxes so the box is fine but it's no fun running up and down stairs with the remote.

Double check the instructions on this link:

Virgin Media Remote Control Codes


If they still don't work you would unfortunately need to use your own TV remote for volume controls.
