problems with my samsung VBox or/and Digital TV service

I am having problems with my samsung vBox / Digital TV service. It keeps cycling through between the messages LD20 and LD30. I have turned off and on a few times, leaving the box off for a few minutes each time.

I am getting messages on my TV: "Your Digital Tv service will start shortly" and then "Important, please don't switch off ur set-top box. we're updating your digital service, which may take few minutes."

I also checked that my card was clean and inserted correctly. I have checked also service faults in our area but it doesn't show any service problems ot any updates.

I still have internet connections. Have no idea what's wrong

sometimes if it sticks at ld20 ld30 you can press the down silver button for 10 seconds and it boots up

Hi

 

I have almost exactly the same problem, as of this afternoon. Have the VBOX Samsung SMT 2110C

 

Frozenscreen  then try to reboot. Gets to LD30, then kicks into scrolling numbers 0001 upwards accompanied by on screen display 'Important. Please don't switch off your set top box. We're upgrading your DTV services, which may take a few minutes. Service will resume shortly. Then blank screen then followed by Er07 on set top box.   Standby button stays red on box all this time.

 

Tried leaving it a couple of hours but no change. Replacement box needed?
