Hello, Recentley i've been having some trouble with the set top box upstairs, the one downstairs is working perfectly fine.
I recieve the error: Sorry this channel is not available right now, please try again later and it asks me to quote 3202. When i press Ok the screen stays black and very rarely on some channels if i wait a while the program comes on every 10 seconds then goes black for 5 seconds kind of like skipping but otherwise its just completely black.
i also cannot access the Tv on demand or any of the help services on the set top box which return the error 1031.
Its basically a trial and error of pulling the plug out for ten seconds then replugging it back in over and over
until a channel actually smoothly plays and i can guarantee the next day it will have the sorry not available message again.
Also for some reason the remote wont work, the light is constantly green on it like im pressing a button
even if i remove the batterys and replace them, and try mashing every button.
Just to note, on the Technical Stuff section: the ip address is "Undefined" and the Dhcp return path is off
if that has anything to do with it.

The type of STB currently being used is one which we are phasing out, So a Technician is required to attend and Swap out the equipment.

The box has been experiencing the same problems since. however now its stuck on the blue updating screen with PACE on the display and has been like this for 5 days. i was not in at the time the engineer came, and the only days i am really available due to work is sunday

I'm having the same problems, only on some channels like BBC1 & 2, ITV and Channel 4... It works fine on BBC news and some others. Catch up on Demand is also working very randomly.
Called 151 a week ago, and was told that the engineer people will look at my box remotely. Still not working, I keep restarting the box and unplugging at the main but no success.
Since I moved back to my flat at the end of March, I had nothing but troubles, it was the phone and now the TV.
Can you please advise and fix the problems ASAP. I have a Samsung HD Box.
