None that we are aware of affecting mentioned programmes, There is an issue with the VOD adverts freezing breaking up.
Can you confirm which episode or day content was broadcast so we can investigate further.

Checked office and all ok here.
We can stage a fault call internally to monitor if no other reports and fault is ongoing a technician can be booked to investigate further.

As fault has been ongoing we can book a technician.
I have booked the next available which is 29th between 8am-12pm.Please advise if appointment requires rescheduling.

engineer never came, he phoned to say there is nothing he can do it is the same fault that Liverpool area is having and they don't know how to fix it.
