Turned on my cable box this morning and keep getting AP:52? any ideas how to fix this, tried turning of and resetting to no avail. Thanks

Sorry about the fault you're having at the moment.
I've just sent a signal to the box, if you can just reboot and see how you get on with that.
If not i'll need to arrange for a technician. Next time I can get someone out would be tuesday between 12-4 or 4-7 or wednesday between 8-12, 12-4 or 4-7.

Thanks, I have been in touch with virgin media, they will be sending a tech/engineer out Wednesday morning.

My virgin box has been stuck on ap:52 since wednesday last week. only have a mobile phone so cant afford to be kept on hold all day

I have had the same issue for 24 hours. ap:52 is as far as the box will boot. Our internet is also cut off. i can't afford to call Virgin as I don't have a landline.
