I have a Samsung SMT-2110C V box and our remote control has worn out with age, the ok button isnt working now which makes it difficult to use. Its the original we got with the installation when we joined Virgin Media.
Can someone tell me where I can get a new one or is there a number that I can call?

Thanks for sending the new remote out so quickly.
However it does not work. The batteries are correctly inserted and the red light is showing on the remote control when the buttons are depressed but the box does not seems to be picking up any signal.
We have a Samsung SMT-2110c box which is still working with the old remote ..(minus the ok button which was the reason for the replacement) so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the box. I have been sent a VM10GTWUE remote and have noticed from reading down the boards that there are others with issues with this new remote also.
Can you help please.

I did state in my above reply that the batteries are correctly inserted!! I take it then that it is the correct remote for my box???
I would appreciate it if you could send me another remote ASAP as at the moment I cannot access half of the services available as the ok button is crucial to most features.
Getting rather narked off at the moment to be honest!!
