Watford area

Hi new to the forum so do not know the correct way to put this .we are in the wd5 0hg area and have no tv or broadband ,my wife called the call centre and got someone overseas who had no idea what she was talking about !!! I have since looked on here and see the fault is known but it appears the tv maybe fixed tonight atheist broadband maybe a day or so .could anyone have a look and inform me if I need to do anything such as reboot later . If anymore info required let me know cheers ( have two sick kids a bit fed up )

Little while later it came back on so that's fine thanks alan
