Virgin Media Remote Stopped Working!

My remote for the virgin media box stopped working a couple of weeks ago and I have checked everything and it is dead. New Batteries and no block in signal checked and the red light no longer comes on. I cant sit in front of a box and press the box buttons everytime i want to change a channel HELP!!

I have same problem, I have the black hd box and the volume down and left direction buttons have stopped working...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The number 1 has stopped working, and considering the vast majority of channels I watch start with the number 1 its getting annoying.

Can you please confirm you've changed the batteries? Are your STB buttons working ok?
