They can stick the Tivo where the sun don't shine until there is no insallation fee, as for new customers, and scrap the monthly fee, soon to be a fiver.

There is no free install offer for TiVo specifically.
To get free install either as new customer or an existing customer, you have to take other services in the same order

The day they say that my V+ box has to replaced with Tivo is the day I go to Sky. Don't want to but I won't pay for an inferior quality product.

Well it's certainly not all it was cracked up to be........far too may issues with it considering how long it has been out and certainly not worth any extra cost.
