V HD Box stuck at code AP:52

Upgrading to V HD with a Cisco 4585DVB box.

Everything powered up. Virgin media logo displays on TV. Display on Cisco box shows 'boot', then runs through a checking procedure, until it reaches AP:52. There it just hangs.

Can you help?

I can't help,but I do have this same problem. Rebooting does not resolve it.

Oh and done what someone said and run the "diag". Two errors = smartcard not paired and no network information

Just a thought, with you mentioning the "not paired".

Have you called QuickStart to get the new box set up, as it's still showing the old one on the account!

Just in case, I'll leave the tech booked, but if you get it sorted let us know and we can cancel the appointment.
