My TV would not work this morning and displayed the number 308 in red but was not responding.
I turned off all power and tried to action again after 6pm, and now there is no power going into my box.
I have changed socket / fuse etc and the box still does not switch on.
All other electrical units are functioning and is isolated to the TV only
When I press the power button on the back, the light goes blue and there is a slight noise but it never powers up

It sounds like the box is dead. If there are no lights and no power we are going to need to arrange for a technician to call out and have a look for you.
